Beatriz works as Service Design Director at Fjord Madrid. Formed in the humanities field, she has never found any meaning in the purisms or the isolated disciplines. After several mixtures, she ended up developing her career in projects from the service design perspective: the project as a system.

In the golden age of "makers" and "doers", she keep on defending the development of points of view and the conceptualization as a compass for the projects.
